Eam serves as an Event and Project Coordinator at STEMEOC, leveraging her background in Business Administration (from PUC) to drive project execution, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management in support of national digital literacy goals.

Her experience in NGO environments helps her build collaborative partnerships and execute multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Eam is passionate about community development, applying her skills to organize educational workshops, competitions, and outreach programs aimed at empowering Cambodian youth.
