ICIA

The International Creativity and Innovation Award (ICIA), organized nationally by STEMEOC, provides a platform for young Cambodian students to showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills. At the national level, participants present innovative projects aimed at addressing real-world challenges, with a strong focus on aligning their solutions with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The national winners then advance to the international stage, where they represent Cambodia and compete with young innovators from around the world. This global competition encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and the application of STEM knowledge to foster solutions for pressing global issues.
The competition offers students valuable opportunities to engage with international experts, enhance their innovation skills, and refine their projects through workshops, hackathons, and mentoring sessions. ICIA not only supports innovation but also promotes networking and cross-cultural collaboration, empowering young people to become future leaders in STEM and innovation .
