The Cambodia Robotics Olympiad (CRO) 2024, held on September 14, 2024, at AEON Mall Mean Chey, was a major event in promoting robotics and STEM education in Cambodia. Organized by STEM Education Organization Cambodia (STEMEOC) with the support of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and the Ministry of Environment, the event saw the participation of over 4,000 people .

Under the theme “Earth Allies,” CRO 2024 encouraged students to develop innovative STEM solutions that contribute to a greener future. Participants from schools and universitiesacross Cambodia competed in various robotics challenges. Key highlights of the event included:

• National Robotics Competitions in categories such as Robomission, Future Innovators, Future Engineers, Robot Sumo, and Robot Soccer.
• ECO Hero Academy, a space dedicated to raising awareness of environmental sustainability through interactive educational activities.
• Robotics Expo, where visitors interacted with robots and learned about their applications in STEM education.
• Interactive Zone, featuring live demonstrations of the latest technological advancements in robotics.
